How long does the coaching program last?
Most clients start with a 16-week program, which gives us enough time to gather data, implement your personalized D.R.E.S.S. protocol, and make meaningful progress toward your goals. Depending on your needs, we can extend coaching for continued support and long-term success.
Are labs required?
Not always. We start by discussing your health history, symptoms, and goals to determine if functional lab testing will give us valuable insights. In some cases, the D.R.E.S.S. protocol — Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction, and Supplementation — can be implemented without labs and still deliver great results. For other clients, the deeper data from functional labs helps us create a more targeted plan. If we decide testing is right for you, I’ll guide you in selecting the most relevant labs for your situation.
Most functional labs can be done at home — including urine, stool, and dried blood spot tests. For any blood work that requires a standard draw, I collaborate with a mobile phlebotomy service so you can complete testing from the comfort of your home. Will I have to change everything at once?
No. We start where you are and move one step at a time. Together we’ll prioritize the biggest wins, make small, doable changes, and build momentum at a pace that fits your life—no crash diets, no all-or-nothing plans. If labs are used, we’ll phase in your D.R.E.S.S. protocol gradually and adjust during our follow-ups so it feels sustainable.
